Eric Polli –Executive Director, Basketball Operations and AAU Programs
Coach Polli has experience coaching AAU boys basketball, CYO basketball and also has served as both a High School and Middle School coach for Reading MA. Coach Polli each winter season works as a coach and instructor with the Peabody town travel program. He previously has worked as an instructor and scout to Reading High School Boys Basketball program for the 2009-2010 season. Coach Polli graduated from Merrimack College with a bachelors degree in political science and a concentration in sports management.

David Latimer – Associate Director, Basketball Operations and AAU Programs
Coach Latimer currently serves as the Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at the Pingree School in Hamilton. Additionally Coach Latimer also serves as the Director and News Editor for the NERR’s (New England Recruiting Report) Junior Elite Division. Coach Latimer played Varsity Basketball at Maryland powerhouse Allegany High School. The Allegany Campers went an unbelievable 71-8 during his high school playing career and advanced to the Maryland Class A State Championship all three years. David averaged 14 points a game while dishing out 5 assits and also 5 rebounds a game, while shooting 44% from 3 point range. David then attended D1 West Virginia University. After his freshman year he transferred to Allegany College of Maryland, where his teams were annually ranked in the National Top 25 and finshed his basketball career.

Brian Tobin – Director of High School AAU and College Recruitment
Coach Tobin currently serves as Assistant Coach at Beaver Country Day Prep School in Chestnut Hill. Coach Tobin has previously served an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Wheelock College and the Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at Malden Catholic High School. Coach Tobin played D3 basketball at Framingham State, and then began his coaching career at Malden Catholic where he served as a varsity assistant for 3 years. Coach Tobin had previously coached for a number of local AAU programs over the last couple of years, in the 16U and 17U age brackets for some of New England’s top programs. Coach Tobin previously played AAU basketball for national powerhouse BABC.

     Ron Sanders– Director of Elementary and Middle School AAU  

John Dullea – Director of Developmental AAU Programs
Coach Dullea brings a wealth of both coaching and playing experience to the Mass Elite AAU Basketball program. Currently entering his 3rd season as the Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at St Johns Prep in Danvers MA, Coach Dullea was instrumental in the development of many of the schools top talents. Before serving at St Johns Prep, Coach Dullea served as the Assistant Boys Varsity Basketball Coach at Bishop Fenwick in Peabody MA. Prior to his coaching career Coach Dullea played basketball for D1 school University of New Hampshire and previously played in high school for nationally ranked Notre Dame Prep School for two years, after previously playing for Peabody High School. When in high school Coach Dullea was awarded the “All Athlete Award” and “Student Athlete Award” when he attended Notre Dame academy for his many academic and athletic accomplishments. Coach Dullea played AAU basketball for top-15 nationally ranked BABC (Boston Amateur Basketball Club) for two years when in high school.

Chris Foti – Basketball Operations Coordinator

Chris served as a co-superviser in the Sports Information Office at Eastern Connecticut State University for 2.5 years helping to run and manage athletic events and keeping statistics. In the 2010-2011 winter he was an intern at the Mass Premier basketball facility located in Foxboro helping with daily duties and administrative tasks. In high school he was a four year basketball player for Walpole High School. Chris graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in May 2011 near the top of his class with a degree in Sport Management.
